After leaving the beautiful island Koh Phi Phi with boat over the turquoise sea, we arrived to busy Patong Beach in Phuket island. These were the last days of swimming in the warm sea. During the day the beach was full of people under colourful beach umbrellas. I preferred swimming in the afternoon before sunset when most tourist had left and Thai people came to swim and sit and eat by the beach.
Yesterday we flew back to Bangkok again to the lively Banglambu by the river and Khaosan Road. Today I have been at the national Gallery and I met there three Thai artists. This morning Marja flew to Finland and I will leave next tuesday and will arrive back to Sydney 6.30am wednesday 19th March.
