Making hiking straps
I spent some time this arvo making some straps to let me hike better than I can with the current way things are on the boat... also it will prevent me from having sore ass... I'm not sure if I'm making them too complex... I might be making them in a way that will be too hard for me to get my feet into and out of them... anyway I'll see how they go... have kinda got one of them done.. will finish it off and do the second one tommorrow... I have changed my sleeping pattern very radically... I was suffering from jetlag from in italy, though somehow I managed to get to bed by 10.30 and then I wake up at a normal time like 8am :) I think it might help me to be a bit more healthy...
